We offer Aquablasting at fair prices and provide a excellent finish. All the castings are caustic hot washed first, and cleaned manually. Then we Aquablast to provide a consistant all-over finish which removes no material but simply knocks all the dirt and oxide off the casting.

This process minutely peens the surface and improves oil retention on bearing surfaces aswell as sealing minuted blemishes and thus making re-corrosion less likely.(This really cures sticky brake calipers with very long lasting results,we have never had any one ever have the problem re-occur. )

The finish can last many years if you spray WD40 and wipe off as part of your cleaning technique.We can blast pretty much anything you can think of our only limitation is size, around 20" cubed is the limit however depending on the shape there are exceptions.

We charge per hour for blasting as all pieces take a different amount of time depending on size and condition. Unfortunatly we do have a minimum charge of £10 due to the machine costing alot to maintain. obviously surface area and the condition of the casting are the factors which control the price,ie: cylinderheads with lots of deep fins full of years of corrosion,paint,oil and road dirt will take longer than a slightly tarnished chain case or timing cover. However the results not only look pleasing but also provide you with a clean easy to assemble engine part.
