Is the highest spec and latest silicone sealer that THREEBOND manufacture, white in colour,  this sealer a exceptional resistance to oils, petrol, methanol, this can be used instead of gaskets on metal to metal joints and also supplement solid gaskets.

 It`s a one component silicone, which remains flexible and has no shrinking effect whilst curing, it remains stable between -60deg C and +250 deg C

Most people think of silicone as RTV, which has that "pear drop" smell,  this is light years ahead of that, this has no acetic acid in it`s composition at all . This Cures and becomes tack free in about 30mins. fully cures in  24 hours at 25 DEG C giving you plenty of time to assemble your components,  optimum strength is in 3 days. Although this product skins over quickly, curing from the outside in .

As with all Threebond products, thoroughly clean the surfaces , don't leave any oil on them at all, degreased with thinners,  cut the nozzle to the correct bead size apply evenly to only one surface by pushing the sealant ahead to get a uniform bead , proceed with your assembly. after use expel any air in the tube , and close the cap . store in a cool dark place
